If you are interested in joining our Candidate or Staff cohorts: We are accepting applications for our Summer 2024 Candidate and Staff Cohorts! We will run two this summer, starting in June. If you are a rural leader, please apply for our Staff or Candidate cohort. You’ll find all the information about the cohorts in the application.

The deadline to apply to both our Summer 2024 cohorts is May 21, 2024 at 5pm EST.

DO’s cohorts are groups of folks coming together to learn and build community. This is an engaging, in-depth, and virtual program that runs for about four months with group trainings as well as ample opportunity for supplemental skill-building.
